Your Photos

• Purpose-limited processing — Your uploaded photos are used only to generate the results you request. We do not sell your images, and we do not use your photos to train AI models.
• AI processing partners — To generate results, images are processed through third-party AI inference providers acting as our subprocessors, under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
• Retention and deletion — You can delete your uploads and generated results from your account at any time. Deleted content is removed from active systems within a reasonable period.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in these limited cases:

• With service providers who help us operate the service (payment processing, AI inference, hosting, and prompt moderation), under confidentiality agreements. User prompts are screened through the CREEM Moderation API before image generation; we send the prompt and a pseudonymous internal identifier, not your email address.
• To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
• To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.
